
Junior Accounts Clerk


Maintain and update financial records for multiple teams.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure correct allocation of expenses and revenues.
Support the finance department with audits and compliance checks.
Handle petty cash transactions and reimbursements.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar finance role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for liaising with colleagues in different teams.
Responsibilities:


Accountant


Lead the comprehensive restructuring of the finance department, establishing robust accounting frameworks and processes from scratch.
Manage and optimize daily financial operations, transitioning from traditional methods to standardized corporate accounting practices.
Develop and enforce new financial policies and systems to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.
Manage all accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Prepare, review, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports with precision and strategic insight.
Oversee the entire budgeting process, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Conduct thorough month-end and year-end closing processes.
Provide critical financial data and strategic guidance to the management team to support informed decision-making.
Supervise, mentor, and expand the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development.
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.
Lead the selection and integration of new accounting software, customizing solutions to fit the dynamic needs of the corporate structure.
Participate actively in strategic financial planning and executive decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or ACCA qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, including demonstrable success in departmental leadership and systems overhaul.
Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and budget management.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team, paired with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in advanced accounting software and technological tools.

Responsibilities:


Merchandise Team Manager


Lead, mentor, and manage the merchandise team
Oversee team schedules, production planning, and resource allocation across projects
Provide structure, direction, and support to ensure timely and high-quality output
Act as the first point of contact for the team on operational issues or challenges
Implement processes that promote efficiency, accountability, and consistency
Conduct team check-ins, performance reviews, and training initiatives with the Head of Print & Merchandise
Collaborate with the Head of Print & Merchandise to align team efforts with client expectations and sales goals
Maintain oversight of multiple merchandise projects simultaneously, stepping in when needed
Track and report on team performance, capacity, and client feedback to drive improvement
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on communication and teamwork
Qualifications:
Proven experience leading or managing a merchandise, print, or production team in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate others
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:


Logistics Assistant


Plan and coordinate event logistics, including materials, equipment, merchandise, and transportation
Prepare and pack merchandise orders for shipment or event distribution
Support on-site event logistics such as setup, deliveries, and dismantling
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns
Help streamline logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Provide administrative support to the logistics/operations team
Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, operations, events, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable with hands-on tasks (packing, lifting, event setup)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events require
Valid driver’s license (required)
Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory software, or logistics platforms (a plus)
