Senior Sales & Operations Manager - AV

This is a full-time, on-site role based at 242 Group's Main offices in Mosta. The Senior Sales & Operations Manager will oversee key account management, lead the audiovisual team's operations and collaborate with the event planning team to design tailor-made solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AV sales and operations.

  • Build relationships with potential clients, partners and suppliers while strengthening the ones that already exist.

  • Manage client's requests (including internal requests) and act as liaison on behalf of the Group.

  • Represent the Group with third parties when required.

  • Manage audiovisual event projects from concept to completion.

  • Issue reports per project .

  • Oversee the AV projects' book keeping and liaise with the company accounts team regularly.

  • Manage the Group's relations with suppliers and partners.

  • Prepare the operation sheets for the AV team based on the work orders on a daily basis.

  • Oversee the AV stock and bookings, process payments, and confirm all arrangements.

Requirments:

Exhibition Graphic Designer
  • Design graphics and branding for expo stands in line with client specifications

  • Collaborate with clients, sales, and account teams to refine concepts

  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Strong layout, typography, and visual design skills

  • Understanding of marketing, branding, and multimedia design principles

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Responsibilities:

Audiovisual Rigger
  • Safely and efficiently install, set up, and maintain audiovisual equipment for events.

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle AV equipment for conferences and productions.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly during events.

  • Collaborate with Event Coordinators before and during events to bring their vision to life.

  • Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.

  • Adhere to and maintain safety protocols at all times.

  • Deliver and dispatch equipment and resources to venues in an organized and timely manner.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support successful event execution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year proven experience as an Audiovisual (AV) Rigger in events and conferences.

  • Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of audiovisual systems.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Flexible approach to working hours, including nights, evenings, and public holidays when required.

  • Possession of a valid driving license, preferably C or C1 and own transportation.

  • A fun, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Manager (Cyprus)
  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities to drive company growth.

  • Convert leads into long-term clients in line with quarterly gross profit and turnover targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agreed sales and profitability goals.

  • Manage sales operations for exhibitions, fairs, and related events — including client communication, quoting, and follow-ups.

  • Oversee and support sales processes to ensure timely and successful deal completion.

  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and presentations to management on performance and market trends.

  • Maintain open and consistent communication with management, clients, and partners.

  • Travel within Cyprus and abroad as required to explore new sales and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the events, marketing, or B2B sector.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

Logistics Assistant
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including materials, equipment, merchandise, and transportation

  • Prepare and pack merchandise orders for shipment or event distribution

  • Support on-site event logistics such as setup, deliveries, and dismantling

  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns

  • Help streamline logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • Provide administrative support to the logistics/operations team

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, operations, events, or a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks (packing, lifting, event setup)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events require

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory software, or logistics platforms (a plus)
