Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
Collaborate with other team managers to promote offerings
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve search visibility and rankings
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance conversion rates
Monitor and manage online reputation, including reviews and mentions
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure consistent branding and strategy

Qualifications:
Certification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Act as guidance and main contact point in case of logistical challenges. Find solutions to any challenges that the team may face.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and partners.
Lead negotiations and contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers.
